£28,000 + depending on experience + OTE
An established and successful mortgage broker in Derby is now looking to expand their team through the appointment of a Mortgage Team Leader.
As a Mortgage Team Leader, you will play a hands-on role in the delivery of tailored Mortgage & Protection Advice to a wide range of clients via pre-qualified leads. In addition, you will provide guidance, advice and leadership to the wider team that is predominantly made up on Trainee Advisors.
You will be a key point of contact for all customers and use your existing commercial awareness to ensure they receive the very best service and advice.
What you’ll bring to the role:
• You’ll hold a full CeMAP qualification
• You’ll have CAS
• You will have a proven track record in a previous Mortgage & Protection Advisor position
• A desire to lead by example and mentor more junior team members
• A genuine desire to want to provide exceptional service your clients
• You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain prosperous relationships
• You will be naturally analytical and prefer to work in a structured way
