Yes, absolutely
I have called and been put through to 3 departments today. noone has a clue about a commission or setting up an account for which to refer clients :(
Try sortrefer Bear - we have used for surveys for many years, easy to set up with, easy to administer (nice client facing documentation) and, based on experience, vastly better customer service than Countrywide.
