HPP permissions?

As far as I know we do not have these permissions. But then again in 20 years non of us has ever done a sharia mortgage.

So why do we need these permissions ?

We have quite a few clients who fall into sharia but they are all high street mortgages

I fail to see the relevance of sharia mortgages
