Twenty7tec has announced the appointment of Kate Buckley as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), further strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to build on high levels of product investment with accelerated commercial growth.

Kate has over 25 years’ experience in the fintech space and joins Twenty7tec from iPipeline, where she was a member of the UK senior management team, leading the revenue teams for the protection portal business.

In her new role as CRO, Kate will be responsible for helping identify new customers who will benefit from Twenty7tec’s product range, aligning sales and marketing efforts to create value.

Kate Buckley, Chief Revenue Officer at Twenty7tec, said:

Toni Robinson-Bowring has been promoted to Chief Product Officer (CPO), where she will lead product strategy, vision, design and development across the full Twenty7tec suite. Her responsibilities include setting the overall product direction, driving innovation and new product development, leading the Product and Delivery teams to execute against company roadmaps, and ensuring alignment across product, engineering, commercial and customer teams. Toni will also oversee product performance, adoption and long-term value creation, and lead go-to-market delivery for new product launches.

“I’m excited to be stepping into the Chief Product Officer role at Twenty7tec. We have an ambitious product strategy for the next phase of our growth, and I’m looking forward to working across our teams and partners to deliver even more value to advisers and their clients.”

Nathan Reilly has been promoted to Chief Customer Officer (CCO), responsible for the company’s customer-centric strategy and overseeing all customer-facing functions. In this role, Nathan will bring together Onboarding, Account Management and Operations teams to deliver a smoother, more connected customer experience and ensure the voice of the customer remains central to business decision-making.

Nathan Reilly, Chief Customer Officer at Twenty7tec, said:
