We wanted to let you know that we’re launching the following products on Friday 16 May.
Exclusive Remortgage
- NEW 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be launched at 4.18%.
- NEW 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be launched at 4.09%.
Exclusive Purchase
- NEW 85% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be launched at 4.19%.
- NEW 85% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £995 fee will be launched at 4.24%.
We’ll also be making these changes at 8pm today:
Purchase
- Selected 2 & 5 year fixed rates with £995 fee will be reduced by up to 0.15%.
- Selected 2 & 5 year fixed rate fee-savers will be reduced by up to 0.25%.
- 95% LTV Shared Ownership 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.07%.
- Selected Own New 2 & 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.15%.
- Retrofit Boost 5 year fixed rates with £995 fee will be reduced by up to 0.15%.
Remortgage
- Selected 2 & 5 year fixed rates with £995 fee will be reduced by up to 0.16%.
- Selected 2 & 5 year fixed rate fee-savers will be reduced by up to 0.13%.
- Retrofit Boost 5 year fixed rates with £995 fee will be reduced by up to 0.15%.
Product Transfer
- 65% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £1,995 fee will be reduced by 0.10%, to 3.74%.
- 80% & 85% LTV 2 & 3 year fixed rates with £995 fee will be reduced by 0.10%, to 4.53%.
- 80% & 85% LTV 5 year fixed rates with £995 fee will be reduced by 0.10%, to 4.29%.
We’ll also be withdrawing the following products:
Purchase
- 75% LTV £1m+ 2 Year Fixed Rate with £1,995 fee at 4.53%.
- 75% LTV £1m+ 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,995 fee at 4.47%.
Remortgage
- 75% LTV £1m+ 2 Year Fixed Rate with £1,995 fee at 4.67%.
- 75% LTV £1m+ 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,995 fee at 4.50%.
