We wanted to let you know that we’re making some rate reductions to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Wednesday 18 June.
Core Residential (including Product Transfer)
- Selected Residential 65%-85% 2 and 5 year rates will be reduced by up to 0.16%.
- Selected Residential 90%-95% 2 and 5 year rates will be reduced by up to 0.20%.
Exclusives
- Residential 95% 2 year Purchase Exclusive rate will be reduced by up to 0.23%.
- Residential 85% 2 and 5 year Remortgage Exclusive rates will be reduced by up to 0.19%.
- Residential 65% 2 year Existing Customer Product Transfer Exclusive will be reduced by 0.05%.
Professional
- Selected residential 85%-95% 2 and 5 year Professional and Newly Qualified Professional rates will be reduced by up to 0.25%.
- We’ll also be increasing our Professional products maximum loan sizes.
BTL
- 2 year 75% BTL rates will be reduced by 0.20%.
- We’ll also be making our 2 year fee offer rates available to new customers.
