We wanted to let you know that we’re making some rate reductions to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Friday 11 July.
Core Residential (including Product Transfer)
- Selected Residential 65%-95% 2 and 5 year rates will be reduced by up to 0.20%.
Exclusives
- Residential 90%-95% 2 year Purchase Exclusive rates will be reduced by up to 0.14%.
- Residential 80% 2 year Remortgage Exclusive rate will be reduced by up to 0.08%.
- Residential 65% 2 year Existing Customer Product Transfer Exclusive will be reduced by 0.18%.
- Residential 65%-80% 2 and 5 year Large Loan Exclusive rates will be reduced by up to 0.18%.
Professional
- Selected residential 80%-95% 2 and 5 year Professional and Newly Qualified Professional rates will be reduced by up to 0.26%.
Discount Offset Products
- 2 year 80% Discount Offset rates will be reduced by 0.25%.
The end dates will move to 31 October of the relevant year.
We’ll also be launching the following products on Friday 11 July.
- Our 5 year Fee offer BTL rates will be made available for new business, starting from 4.99%.
- We’ll be launching Purchase and Remortgage 75% and 80% 2 Year Fee Offer Exclusives starting from 4.58%.
