We wanted to let you know that we’re making some rate reductions to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Wednesday 6 August.
Core Residential (including Product Transfer)
- Selected Residential 80%-95% 2 and 5 year rates will be reduced by up to 0.19%.
Exclusives
- Residential 90% 5 year Purchase Exclusive rate will be reduced by 0.05%.
- Residential Remortgage Exclusive rates will be reduced by up to 0.28%.
- Residential Purchase and Remortgage 75% and 80% 2 Year Fee Offer Exclusives will be reduced by up to 0.14%.
The end dates will move to 30 November of the relevant year.
We’ll also be launching the following products on Wednesday 6 August.
- Residential 85% 2 and 5 year Purchase Exclusives, with £1,499 fee, starting from 4.09%.
- BTL 60% 5 year Purchase Exclusive, with £999 fee, at 4.65%.
