We wanted to let you know that we’re making some rate reductions to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Thursday 21 August.
Core Residential (including Product Transfer)
- Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.51%.
- 2 year Discount Offset rates will be reduced by 0.10%.
Exclusives
- Residential Purchase and Remortgage Large Loan 2 and 5 year rates will be reduced by up to 0.38%.
- Residential Remortgage 75%-80% LTV 2 year rates will be reduced by up to 0.24%.
- Selected Residential Purchase 2 and 5 year rates will be reduced by up to 0.19%.
- Residential Product Transfer 65% LTV 5 year Fixed Rate will be reduced by 0.05%.
Professionals
- Professional 2 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.38%.
- Newly Qualified Professional 2 year fixed rates will be reduced by 0.05%.
BTL
- Selected 60-75% LTV 2 and 5 year rates will be reduced by up to 0.35%.
We will also be making the following rate increases. If you’re applying for one of these products on behalf of your customer, please send us the application by 8pm today.
- Core Residential 90% LTV 5 year Fixed Rate will be increased by 0.19% to 4.58%.
