We wanted to let you know that we’re making changes to the following Clydesdale Bank products on Monday 13 October.
Core Residential (New Business Only)
- NEW Residential 85% 2 and 5 year rates will be launched, available for part and part applications, starting from 4.48%.
Residential Large Loan (Including Product Transfer)
- Residential >£1m 85% 2 and 5 year rates will now be available for part and part applications.
Product Transfer Only
- NEW Residential 85% 2 and 5 year Fixed Fee rates will be launched starting from 4.33%.
The new rates will be available for applications from Monday 13 October.
