We wanted to let you know that we’re making the following changes on Friday 28 November.
Purchase
- Exclusive 90% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.08%, to 4.32%.
- Exclusive 90% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.08%, to 4.34%.
- 95% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.03%, to 4.84%.
- 95% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate fee-saver will be reduced by 0.05%, to 4.77%.
Remortgage
- Selected 2 year fixed rates with £999 fee will be reduced by up to 0.11%, starting from 3.84%.
- Selected 2 year fixed rate fee-savers will be reduced by up to 0.13%, starting from 4.18%.
BTL
- 60% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with 3% fee will be reduced by 0.04%, to 2.79%.
- 75% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with 3% fee will be reduced by 0.17%, to 2.87%.
- 60% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with 3% fee will be reduced by 0.16%, to 3.59%.
- 75% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with 3% fee will be reduced by 0.08%, to 3.67%.
Product Transfer
- Selected 2 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.13%, starting from 3.62%.
- Selected 3 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.19%, starting from 3.84%.
- Selected 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.06%, starting from 3.76%.
