We wanted to let you know that we’re making the following changes on Friday 13 March.
Purchase
- 2 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.18%, starting from 4.00%.
- 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.15%, starting from 4.18%.
- 10 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%, starting from 4.64%.
- Shared Ownership fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.18%, starting from 4.08%.
Remortgage
- 2 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.21%, starting from 4.09%.
- 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.20%, starting from 4.18%.
- 75% LTV 10 year fixed rate fee-saver will be increased by 0.10%, to 4.72%.
BTL
- Fixed rates with a 3% fee will be increased by up to 0.20%, starting from 2.89%.
- Fixed rates with a £2,195 fee will be increased by up to 0.20%, starting from 4.02%.
- Fixed rates with a 1% fee will be increased by up to 0.20%, starting from 4.04%.
- Fixed rates with a £995 fee will be increased by up to 0.20%, starting from 4.27%.
- Fixed rate fee-savers will be increased by up to 0.20%, starting from 4.55%.
Product Transfer
- 2 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.13%, starting from 3.74%.
- 3 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%, starting from 3.90%.
- 5 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.14%, starting from 3.91%.
- 10 year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%, starting from 4.57%.
- 2 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%, starting from 3.66%.
- 3 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%, starting from 3.99%.
- 5 year BTL fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.15%, starting from 4.09%.
