We wanted to let you know that we’re increasing the following Clydesdale Bank Residential fixed and discounted rates on Thursday 26 March.
Core Residential Purchase & Remortgage Rates
- 2 year discounted variable rate products will be increased by 0.20%.
Core Residential Product Transfer Rates
- 2 year discounted variable rate products will be increased by 0.20%.
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.78%.
Core BTL Product Transfer Rates
- 2 and 5 year fixed rate products will be increased by up to 0.60%.
If you’re applying for one of these products on behalf of your customer, please send us the application by 8pm today.
