Adviser IQ adds an intranet to its CRM so mortgage and protection firms can run the business in one place

UK mortgage and protection CRM provider Adviser IQ has added an intranet section to its platform. Advisory firms can now manage their people, knowledge and internal communication alongside their client work.

The new section sits inside the CRM, so firms can run day-to-day operations from the same system their advisers already use for clients and cases.

Key features

The intranet covers the internal jobs most firms currently handle in separate systems:

  • Team communication: a private firm feed, an ideas board with voting, anonymous pulse surveys and a shared team diary. Clients never see this space.
  • Knowledge and documents: firm documents with versions, owners and required reading, published SOPs and process maps, and a library of lender knowledge and BDM contacts.
  • People: holiday booking and approval, a view of where colleagues are working each day, and timed steps for new starters, returns from leave and leavers.
  • Training and competence: CPD hours, coaching and firm-wide registers of CPD, observations, file reviews and qualifications.
  • Running the firm: performance, risk and compliance scores, commissions, introducers, and licences and billing, with access set by role.
  • Secure logins: encrypted password vaults, both private and shared with colleagues.

Lewis Maxwell, Founder and CEO of Adviser IQ, said:

"Most advisory firms run their clients in one system and everything else on shared drives, spreadsheets and group chats. Procedures get lost, training records get chased at the last minute, and new starters depend on someone remembering what they need.

"We built the intranet to put all of that in the same system as the client work. A firm can see who is in the office, who has read the latest procedure, whose training is up to date and how the business is doing, without leaving the CRM. The less time people spend looking for things, the more time they have for clients."

Availability

The intranet is available now to firms on the Adviser IQ platform and is switched on for each firm individually. Firms can find out more or book a demo at adviseriq.co.uk.
