The Specialist Mortgage Event was launched in 2016 with the aim of informing brokers about this growing area of the market, to look at those sectors which have not been catered for by mainstream lenders in recent years, and discuss how best you can place those unusual cases and avoid turning business away or burning leads you are not sure how to place.
At this year’s event, expert speakers will address the latest developments in those niche areas such as non-standard lending, complex buy to let, the self-employed market and the growing specialist first-time buyer niche. A panel of the main specialist mortgage distributors and lenders will also discuss seconds, bridging and broader pressing issues of the day and invite questions from the audience.
