Pensions Liberation is a growing issue, with customers targeted by organisations seeking to ‘raid’ pension funds for early access to savings. The scale of pension liberation rapidly escalating - an estimated £600m this year alone.
This session intends to provide education on the issue for interested MPs, and suggest ways in which government and the pensions industry can clamp down on this activity, protecting customers and their hard-earned savings.
