The Specialist Mortgage Event was launched in 2016 with the aim of informing brokers about this growing area of the market, to look at those sectors which have not been catered for by mainstream lenders in recent years, and discuss how best you can place those unusual cases and avoid turning business away or burning leads you are not sure how to place.
At the Event in 2017, expert speakers address will look at the latest developments in those niche areas such as complex buy to let, second charge lending, bridging, commercial lending and the self-employed market. A panel of the main specialist mortgage distributors and lenders will discuss the pressing issues of the day and invite questions from the audience.
