25 Nov 2016 It is a good product but as has previously been said the support is very poor and there are no manuals etc and without these two things makes it hard. You do need to customise the system to suit your own needs which again without support is a challenge.
31 May 2016 They need more support. Very helpful on phone but there is only so much they can do if short staffed. Promises a lot but no manuals, videos, webinars etc to help. A shame as it could be very good.
17 Feb 2016 In theory the product looks good but in order for it to be tailored to your precise needs, it can be very cumbersome and has taken us quite a while to finally get it running as we wanted
9 May 2013 I subscribed to mortgagekeeper for years, I no longer use it and have unsubscribed. I found it very cumbersome and the back office system I have with my network is better.

2 Jul 2007 used M/Keeper for nearly 2 years. Works well and keeps decent track of fees due in, and out to introducers. Letters are too complicated, and don't use the factfind/compliance. Overall good value for money.
14 Apr 2007 Great back office software for a small firm. Great value for money, keeps me on top of what needs doing and payments due.
28 Mar 2006 Tried this last summer - rejected it after 4 weeks - just did not work for me - wrote my own database instead....
