30 Oct 2016 On average 40 mins to get through to them and then ask for random requests that don't make any sense.
15 Sep 2016 Hi, does anyone know who their Head of Intermediaries is? My client wants to complain about the lack of service received over the last month, and I totally back them up on it. I need to get their case looked at urgently and feel going to the top is the only way this can happen, as anyone else gives the reply "it will be looked at in 7 days"!!! A contact email address would be fantastic :) shame Cherry won't let you give zero starts for service and underwriting support.
8 Sep 2016 We are talking about a mortgage for an SPV at 80% - 85% LTV so when you say "rates and fees are high" - to what are you comparing? Oh there aren't any others at 85% are there? Let's have a look at 80% LTV then - Oh just Aldermore, Paragon Premier and Precise I see. Well rates and fees are comparable with these.
11 Jul 2016 Waiting 20 mins and then passed onto someone else who said brokers could not advise on a further advance and we don't get paid even if we did
8 Jul 2016 Has a good deal for BTL on 5 yr rate with low rental income calculation. But also limited by underwriter flexibility.. Wants super clean cases. With their fees can go to any lender. Not many cases gets pass a DIP. Not very flexible. Phone line super busy. Has to hold on for 15 mins to get through at present.
29 Jun 2016 It feels to me very anti-business. I did my first ltd company buy to let back in march, the client pulled out 7 weeks after the mortgage offer after request and further request for more client/company information and the final straw being he had to take 'independent legal advice' regarding being liable for the loan personally if his limited company doesn't pay. Independent advice than the solicitor he already had for the purchase and his company accountants. Bearing in mind this type of case is unregulated as he is 'expected to know better', this is joke.
19 Sep 2015 I tried something similar with Aldermore and they declined on the grounds of semi-commercial. I approached Precise who said that they would be willing to look at the property on Google Street View and get the underwriter's opinion before submitting the case - I'm still waiting for the outcome - might be worth a try?
17 Apr 2015 Had a YES back from Aldermore and Buckinghamshire wooo hoooo So now all about product / fees etc and then on to an AIP !
29 May 2013 The Aldermore computer system can't cope with window explorer 8 or is it 9 so I have to keep pressing tools and going into compatibility mode each time I log in which is every 5-10mins in a busy office with phones ringing and client calling in. I must waste 10 mins a day messing around.
28 May 2013 I cant get anything past a dip. They're supposed to be the brokers lender, massively over rated in my opinion.
4 Apr 2012 Longest "Shopping lists" I have ever seen, but a constructive and innovative lender.
