2 Jun 2015 Fees expensive and you'll be just a number. No day to day support. Good IT systems but not worth the costs

23 Nov 2013 Slow and hard to work wiyh
19 Nov 2013 Cannot fault payments. Can be a bit slow at getting things done at HO level and IT historically has been weak but is definately improving.
15 Jan 2008 Still seems slower than it could be particularly on payments. Everything just seems to take ages!
29 Oct 2007 Tied to Zurich for life cover which is expensive. Payments can take up to 12 Months!! Looking to leave been with them 2 years, not too sure if the grass is greener elsewhere!

13 Mar 2006 The network have over employed snails. Really sad, lost everything they have every been linked to.
28 Feb 2006 Proc fees take an average of three months. No support, Files checked at compliance department by staff who have never been in the mortgage market. Avoid at all costs, or pay!!!

28 Nov 2005 I agree. The fee payment thing is a real weakness but day to day the systems are good and logical.
