TFC Homeloans moves to Manchester

Specialist distributor TFC Homeloans has relocated its head office to Manchester city centre.
The new office is based in the heart of the city, within minutes of the mainline Piccadilly station.
The move marks a key step in the specialist distributor’s ambitious expansion plans, and will accommodate the existing TFC team as well as new appointments over the course of 2016.
The business, which turns 25 this year, has been based in Warrington since it was launched in 1991. Founding director Wayne Smethurst says:
“It may only be 20 miles away but this is a massive move for TFC and we are hugely excited to be working in the centre of Manchester. The city is a powerhouse for business and finance, as well as being vibrant, creative and brimming with confidence. We can’t wait to welcome our business partners and industry colleagues to our new headquarters.”
