This new arrangement includes both mortgage club products as well as packaged products meaning that brokers will now have the option to access the Tipton’s exclusive packaged range on a fees free basis.

The Tipton, which offers residential and BTL mortgages throughout England and Wales, does not use credit scores as each case is manually underwritten by and experienced underwriter.

Matthew Arena, Managing Director of Brilliant Solutions said: “The Tipton operate in a number of significant niche product sectors, and with a proposition that focuses on the personal touch, with no credit scoring and individual underwriting, we believe our advisers will find them an excellent addition to our panel.”

In securing packager status with the Tipton it will provide Brilliant’s brokers with enhanced criteria opportunities.
