Marsden BS launches 32 new Residential and Older Borrower products
Marsden Building Society has just this week refreshed its Residential and Older Borrower product range maintaining a mix of fixed and discount options to give brokers a wider access to their mortgage product range.
Heather Crinion, General Manager (Operations) said; “The changes include extended product terms, a as well as a wider range of 2 year fixed and discount products. Our residential range gives mortgage intermediaries access to both interest only and repayment products and for brokers with clients over the age of 55 we’ve just launched 28 new products in this range too.”
Marsden are working with their intermediary partners to roll the product and criteria changes out across the market across this week. Brokers also have access to Marsden’s Intermediary BDM as well as the Support Team to discuss any questions surrounding criteria, product and affordability. There are a number of benefits available to borrowers across all product sets including free standard valuation for properties and the choice between fees assisted remortgage legals or cash back for remortgage clients, all products are fully portable, offering the borrower the chance to make 5% annual overpayments.
