Keystone Property Finance joins Brilliant Solutions mortgage panel

12 February 2018

stone Property Finance has joined the mortgage panel of Brilliant Solutions, giving members direct access to Keystone’s Classic Range.

Commenting on the partnership, Matthew Arena, Managing Director of Brilliant Solutions said:
“This addition is another example of our focus on helping brokers with their most challenging cases and doing so in a way that enables them to gain our support and expertise whilst dealing directly with the lender.

As the buy to let market becomes more challenging, specialist solutions such as the products offered by Keystone and the expert support available through Brilliant are becoming more and more important for brokers and their clients.”

Aimed at investors typically with more complex borrowing requirements, including portfolio landlords, Keystone’s buy to let mortgages are available to individuals and limited companies. Unlike most lenders, Keystone accepts both Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and trading businesses without taking a fixed or floating charge.

Phil Riches, Head of Sales at Keystone said:
“We are confident that our Classic Range will prove popular with Brilliant members. We accept HMOs and blocks of flats as standard and we’ll consider applications from landlords with small amounts of adverse credit.

“In particular, we’ve worked hard to make the application process as streamlined as possible for brokers, particularly where portfolio landlords are concerned. We do not require a business plan or cash flow forecast in the first instance and we have a technical solution which converts clients’ portfolio spreadsheets into the correct format for underwriting – saving brokers and investors valuable time.”

Brilliant Solutions’ members will need to register with Keystone before they can submit or track cases. Registration forms can be downloaded from the Keystone website.
