SortRefer completes first series of Client Guides for broker use

06 March 2018

SortRefer, the online conveyancing platform, has completed its final client guide of the current set of titles, as part of its growing marketing toolbox for brokers.

The 31 guides are available free to every adviser who makes use of the SortRefer platform to access a panel conveyancing firm and logs into the site as an introducer.

The most recent guides, which are fully downloadable from the SortRefer website, include topics such as – Selling a House checklist, Buying new build property, Help to Buy ISA, Help to Buy Equity Loan, Help to Buy Shared Ownership, Right to Buy and Lifetime ISAs.

Head of Marketing at SortRefer, Emma Daley said, “We have been adding to the guides over the past few months and the feedback we have had has been 100% positive from introducers. We wanted to create a body of educational material with which brokers could enhance the service they offer their customers. They are available in a series of colours to match a broker’s brand and have been very popular.

Our aim is to expand the titles and already we have had suggestions from introducers for future topics. In the meantime, the feedback we have received tells us that there is a need for well researched and topical guides for consumers that brokers can make available to customers and we are delighted by their response.”

Judith Clayton, MD at House of Mortgages Ltd commented, “I have to say I am really impressed by SortRefer and their willingness to go the extra mile. I have found the download section really useful for buyers, to help guide them through the maze of house buying and the conveyancing process. When my logo colours did not quite fit with the available schemes, a call into SortRefer’s marketing department and I had downloadable documents to use with my clients in my own brand colours! It is refreshing to receive such outstanding service. “
