Family Building Society - Mortgage Product Changes

With effect from Thursday 19 April Family Building Society will make several changes to their Owner Occupier mortgage product range.
Withdrawal from all new business:
Owner Occupier
- 2.64% 2 year fixed rate to 31 August 2021 (XF0131)
- 2.94% 3 year fixed rate to 31 July 2021 (XF0133)
- 3.19% 5 year fixed rate to 31 July 2023 with a £1,499 product fee (XF0135)
- 3.39% 5 year fixed rate to 31 July 2023 with a £249 product fee (XF0136) - this product is only available up to a loan size of £500,000.
- Family Mortgage 3.04% 3 year fixed rate to 31 May 2021 (XF0138)
- Family Mortgage 3.14% 5 year fixed rate to 31 May 2023 (XF0139)
- 2 year discounted rate Offset Mortgage, currently 2.64% with a £999 product fee (XO0011)
- 5 year discounted rate Offset Mortgage, currently 3.09% with a £999 product fee (XO0012)
- 3 year discounted rate, currently 2.59% with a £999 product fee(RP) (XD0018)
- 3 year discounted rate, currently 3.09% with a £999 product fee (IO) (XD0019)
- 3 year Base rate tracker, currently 2.69% with a £999 fee (RP) (XT0005)
