Family Building Society - Residential Investment Mortgage Product Changes

25 April 2018

With effect from Wednesday 25 April Family Building Society will make several changes to their Residential Investment mortgage product range.

Withdrawal from all new business:

Residential Investment

  • 3.99% 5 year fixed rate to 31 May 2023 with a £1,499 product fee (XF0141)
  • 4.19% 5 year fixed rate to 31 May 2023 with a £249 product fee (XF0142)
  • 2 year discounted Offset Mortgage currently 3.44% with a £999 product fee (XO0013)
  • 3 year discounted rate, currently 3.19% with a £999 product fee (XD0024)
  • 5 year discounted Offset Mortgage, currently 3.89% with a £999 product fee (XO0014)
  • 5 year discounted rate, currently 3.39% with a £999 product fee (XD0025)


Applications for these products will be accepted until Wednesday 2 May.

  • 3.74% 5 year fixed rate to 31 August 2023 with a £249 product fee (XF0155)
  • 2 year discounted Offset Mortgage currently 3.19% with a £999 product fee (XO0015)
  • 3 year discounted rate, currently 2.94% with a £999 product fee (XD0028)
  • 5 year discounted Offset Mortgage, currently 3.69% with a £999 product fee (XO0016)
  • 5 year discounted rate, currently 3.14% with a £999 product fee (XD0030)
