Complete FS strengthens Residential and BTL teams

Complete FS, the specialist lending packager, has appointed new staff members to its Residential and BTL teams as introducer business grows.
Becky Odams joins the Residential team as a case manager, and has been in the financial services industry for 11 years, having started her career in Estate Agency before moving onto to a financial services firm in 2012. She has spent the last six years working for a local award winning UK advisory business dealing with pensions, mortgages and insurances and brings with her a wealth of experience and a broker’s perspective.
Lucy Crascall having come across from a career in retail, joins the BTL team as a case manager, having decided she wanted a career change. She has quickly picked up the nuances of mortgage processing and is already highly competent in her new role.
Speaking about the latest recruits, Tony Salentino, Director at Complete FS, said, “We are delighted to welcome Becky and Lucy to Complete FS. Both of them bring skills which will be important to the case manager roles they are now filling. Our new business volumes have continued to increase and this was an excellent time to bring in Becky and Lucy to maintain our excellent service standards.”
