Family Building Society - Press Release - Residential Investment mortgage product changes

With effect from Friday 27 July Family Building Society will make several changes to their Residential Investment mortgage product range. 

Withdrawal from all new business

Residential Investment

  • 3.54% 5 year fixed rate to 31 August 2023 with a £1,499 product fee (XF0144)
  • 3.74% 5 year fixed rate to 31 August 2023 with a £249 product fee (XF0155)
  • 2 year discounted Offset Mortgage currently 3.19% with a £999 product fee (XO0015)
  • 5 year discounted Offset Mortgage, currently 3.69% with a £999 product fee (XO0016)
  • 3 year discounted rate, currently 2.94% with a £999 product fee (XD0028)
  • 5 year discounted rate, currently 3.14% with a £999 product fee (XD0030)

Applications for these products will be accepted until Friday 3 August.

Launched for applications submitted directly or via an intermediary:

Residential Investment            

  • 3.14% 3 year fixed rate to 30 November 2021 with a £999 product fee (XF0165)
  • 2 year discounted Offset Mortgage currently 3.09% with a £999 product fee (XO0019)
  • 5 year discounted Offset Mortgage, currently 3.59% with a £999 product fee (XO0020)
  • 3 year discounted rate, currently 2.84% with a £999 product fee (XD0038)
  • 5 year discounted rate, currently 3.04% with a £999 product fee (XD0039)
