National Counties Building Society - Mortgage rate increase

With effect 25 September 2018 the interest rates applying to our National Counties Building Society 3 year Bank of England Bank Rate Tracker mortgage products will increase as per the terms and conditions of these products. Please note none of these products are currently on sale to new business, they are available to existing NCBS borrowers only.

The effect of the rate change on the rest of our mortgage products is something we are currently actively reviewing. Once a decision has been made we will update our website and issue a press release.
