National Counties Building Society - SVR Changes

With effect Tuesday 25 September National Counties Building Society Standard Variable Rates will be changing.
Our Bank of England Base Rate Tracker products will also change as per the contractual terms on 25 September 2018.
Owner Occupier Monthly Standard Variable Rate will increase by 0.25% to 5.04%
Owner Occupier Annual Standard Variable Rate will increase by 0.25% to 4.94%
Residential Investment Monthly Standard Variable Rate will increase by 0.25% to 5.79%
Residential Investment Annual Standard Variable Rate will increase by 0.25% to 5.69%
