Bucks Building Society Moves to Soft Search at DIP Stage

Following feedback from the broker community Buckinghamshire Building Society is pleased to announce that a soft search facility is now available as part of the DIP process. This enhances our service will lead to a fall in cases that are declined at application, which can be frustrating for all involved. Once a fully completed and signed DIP form has been received the search can be made and we are also able to accept electronic signatures. The search does not appear on the customer’s public credit record and does not affect their credit score.
