Mansfield Building Society has recruited Paul Lewis to the role of National Development Manager.

Paul arrives at The Mansfield after the retirement of Steve Walton in August. A former professional footballer, Paul also joins the Society following a successful 15 year career with Royal Bank of Scotland Group where he rose to Senior Private Banking Manager, looking after key business relationships.

As National Development Manager, Paul will lead The Mansfield’s Intermediary Sales team, a five strong team of sales and business development support, solely dedicated to supporting mortgage intermediaries.

Commercial Development Executive, Richard Crisp, said the recruitment of Paul demonstrated the commitment and ambition that The Mansfield has for its broker relationships:

Paul said that not only was the diverse product offer a real advantage, the Society’s team ethic would prove successful in helping brokers achieve:
