Paradigm relaunch expanded Conveyancer Panel

Paradigm Mortgage Services, the mortgage services proposition, has today (30th October 2018) announced the relaunch of its expanded panel with three conveyancer managers.
Following a rigorous tender process, Paradigm is now offering member firms access to three conveyancing panel managers: eConveyancer (part of ULS Technology), When You Move and GOTO Group.
The expansion of the panel has been designed to offer members more choice and flexibility when it comes to recommending conveyancing services to clients and it allows advisers to generate extra revenue.
Paradigm’s conveyancing proposition is also included in its profit share scheme and members who use any of the three propositions will therefore also contribute to the central revenue fund which is shared each year.
eConveyancer provides a choice of over 100 UK-based solicitor firms and helps to streamline the end to end journey for customers. Advisers can generate quotes based on key selection criteria including price and service satisfaction ratings; it also offers online case tracking, regular email updates and a helpdesk available seven days a week. A cashback remortgage solution is also available as an alternative to lenders’ fee-assisted products.
When You Move offers a conveyancing platform and quoting engine that has been designed to help brokers connect with quality conveyancers, increase referral revenue and improve communication with end clients. It delivers tailored, detailed quotations from high-quality conveyancers, and allows advisers and their customers to track case progress through its digital, interactive transaction management system and mobile App.
GOTO’s conveyancing proposition is offered as part of its concierge service – it allows members to refer clients for conveyancing and has a single price band with advisers able to earn shop vouchers for each case, on top of the referral fee. There is a no completion, no fee option for clients (except for disbursements incurred on the client’s behalf), is open seven days a week and allows users to add their local solicitor to the panel.
