Family Building Society - Mortgage Product Changes
02 November 2018
With effect from Friday 02 November we will make several changes to our mortgage product range.
Withdrawal from all new business:
Owner Occupier
- 2.49% 2 year fixed rate to 28 February 2021 with a £999 product fee (XF0156)
- 2.79% 3 year fixed rate to 31 January 2022 with a £999 product fee (XF0158)
- 2.99% 5 year fixed rate to 31 January 2024 with a £1,499 product fee (XF0160)
- 3.19% 5 year fixed rate to 31 January 2024 with a £249 product fee (XF0162) - this product is only available up to a loan size of £500,000.
- Family Mortgage 2.89% 3 year fixed rate to 30 November 2021 with a £599 product fee (XF0163)
- Family Mortgage 2.99% 5 year fixed rate to 30 November 2023 with a £599 product fee (XF0164)
Residential Investment
- 3.14% 3 year fixed rate to 30 November 2021 with a £999 product fee (XF0165)
Applications for these products will be accepted until Friday 09 November.

- 3.39% 5 year fixed rate to 30 April 2024 with a £249 product fee (XF0178) - this product is only available up to a loan size of £500,000.
- Family Mortgage 2.99% 3 year fixed rate to 28 February 2022 with a £599 product fee (XF0179)
- Family Mortgage 3.09% 5 year fixed rate to 29 February 2024 with a £599 product fee (XF0180)
Residential Investment
- 3.44% 3 year fixed rate to 28 February 2022 with a £999 product fee (XF0181)
