Buckinghamshire Building Society launches new 2 year discount contractor mortgages including a 95% LTV option.

We have now introduced 2 year discount contractor mortgages. There are two products, one up to 80% LTV and the other up to 95% LTV. Our 95% LTV product is designed to attract contractors with low deposits such as first time buyers.

Only 7 months contracting experience with one renewal is required for both LTV options. Affordability will be based on calculated income of daily rate x 5 x 48 weeks per annum and we accept those with limited company status or those working via an umbrella company.

Buckinghamshire Building Society can offer interest only up to 75% LTV providing a suitable repayment vehicle is available.
