Specialist Hub welcomes new staff members Ciaran Phipps and Sakina Yusufali and there’s a change of role for Callum Sutton.
The company has recently appointed Ciaran Phipps as Business Development Executive for the north and Callum Sutton, (who has worked for the Specialist Hub for the past five years as a Loan Partner), to Business Development Executive for south-central. Sakina Yusufali takes over Callum’s role as a Loan Partner within the commercial and bridging department.
Sakina has worked in the finance industry for nine years, having previously been employed as an underwriter for both GE Money and Prestige Finance. With a degree in Business Admin, specialising in Finance and Banking, she is multilingual and can impressively speak Urdu, Swahili, Gujarati and Kutchi, as well as English.
Ciaran brings with him a wealth of knowledge of the second charge industry, having mostly worked in this sector of the industry for the past seven years. With his passion for sales and industry experience, Ciaran will be a great asset to the company’s new ‘on the road’ sales team.
