iPipeline expands Distribution team

Focus is on ensuring exceptional service delivery to its fast-growing account base
iPipeline® – a leading provider of digital solutions and services to the life and pensions market – is expanding its Distribution team to ensure its fast-growing account base receives exceptional service to fuel growth within the protection market, and enhance the customer buying experience.
Andy Milburn joins as National Account Manager, a new position in the company reporting into Stephanie Hydon, Head of National Accounts. Andy will be responsible for managing iPipeline’s key distribution and technology partnerships, working closely with these accounts to support achievement of their protection business growth targets. Andy has proven experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, particularly the protection and pensions markets.
Dave Mills, who previously worked at Thistle Insurance Services, also joins the Distribution team as Business Development Consultant. Dave’s operational experience will be leveraged to improve iPipeline’s day-to-day collaboration with customers to ensure they are receiving optimised services from the Distribution team.
