New initiative by Just Mortgages New Build division creates fantastic opportunities for self-employed brokers

11 July 2019

Brokers working within Just Mortgages self-employed arm will now have access to a high number of new build leads thanks to a new initiative run by the group’s New Build Division.

Just Mortgages New Build Division works alongside 25 developers across around 150 sites in the UK and is now giving self-employed advisers the opportunity to work on allocated developments to provide mortgage advice to potential buyers.

Those self-employed brokers who sign up for the new build mortgage advice scheme will cover the developments for up to nine months and earn 60% commission.

Paul Wilson, head of new build at Just Mortgages said: “We are currently working with a large number of developers across the UK, some that will build 500 units this year, so we are looking for our self-employed brokers to assist in supporting the sites, to ensure potential buyers have all the help and support they need.

“This offers the potential for hundreds of new leads, so a fantastic opportunity for any self-employed brokers looking to boost their businesses.”

All self-employed brokers who want to advise on these new build sites will be offered new build training and help to buy training from Just Mortgages New Build Division.

Carl Parker, head of the Just Mortgages self-employed division said: “We obviously want to encourage as many of our 190 self-employed brokers to sign up as we can, as this offers a great opportunity for them.

“We are also keen to speak to any brokers, particularly those already self-employed, that want more support than they are currently getting.

“Not only can we help them with new home leads - which is just one of a number of initiatives we have on lead generation - but we can also provide one-on-one support from our very experienced sales directors. There are fantastic opportunities to gain new customers who could easily become clients for life.”

This new initiative was announced at the Just Mortgages Self Employed Conference 2019, held at The Belfry in Wishaw last month when it was also announced that Just Mortgages is now offering all its brokers an exclusive digital and social media solution.
