Fleet Mortgages, the buy-to-let specialist lender, has today (12th August 2019) announced the appointment of a new onsite underwriter who will work across a range of South East and London-based specialist distributors and advisers.

Wayne Fitzpatrick has today been appointed as Fleet’s Roaming Onsite Underwriter after spending over a year as an underwriter within the Head office.

Wayne joined Fleet Mortgages in March 2018 and prior to this was an underwriter at Complete Cover Group. He will be responsible for working across a number of specialist distribution firms, working in-house with them and providing access to underwriting expertise across Fleet’s range of products and criteria.

He will also work with Fleet’s London sales team, providing technical training and supporting their work with their advisory relationships in the region.
