Tania Frowen has been promoted from her current role as Financial Director and
replaces long-serving MD Kevin Paterson, who has stepped down to pursue other
opportunities.

Ms. Frowen has been an integral part of Source’s growth since 2016 and has held board
roles for both Operations Director and Financial Director roles. She has over 30 years
experience in the financial services industry and an impressive track record to date.
Ms. Frowen takes the helm at an exciting period, with the company moving to new offices at

Global Reach Cardiff to allow for growth.

Having worked extensively with the Source Insurance sales and customer teams,
Ms. Frowen is keen to place the broker and customer at the heart of the company
direction, “I know first hand how special the Source team is and I’m proud to have the
opportunity to lead them. We have a fantastic opportunity to build on the great things we

have achieved and offer our brokers and customers something truly remarkable“ said Ms.
Frowen.

Ms. Frowen will takes up the role from September 1, 2019.
