Tenet appoints Julie Darlington as new group risk & regulatory director

20 April 2020

Tenet’s group risk and regulatory director, Caroline Bradley, has made the decision to step down from her role this year to follow a plural career. Caroline started her first non-executive directorship, subject to FCA/PRA approval, on 1st March 2020.

Caroline will be succeeded, subject to regulatory approval, by Julie Darlington, who will join Tenet in July this year. Julie is a well-respected senior compliance professional, whose most recent role was within Quilter Financial Planning. Prior to this, Julie held CF10 and CF11 authorisations, as the compliance director at CAERUS Financial Ltd.

Julie has a diverse range of skills and knowledge across strategic compliance, technical, operational and transformation roles. This encompasses all aspects of financial advice, including distribution models and the IFA market place.

Tenet chief executive, Mark Scanlon, comments:

“We are delighted to welcome Julie to Tenet and are looking forward to her continuing the development and implementation of Tenet’s compliance transformation project, which has been reviewing the end-to-end compliance journey for our members.

Caroline will remain in post until an appropriate handover has been conducted. She has been a fundamental driver of the business since she joined in 2012, and has become a well-known and respected industry leader in her time at Tenet. We wish Caroline every success in her forthcoming endeavours.”
