SortRefer triumphs record business levels in March

SortRefer, an online portal for Mortgage Brokers, beats new record in business levels with ‘best ever’ month and days in March 2021.

March was a very successful business month for SortRefer as the company smashed a number of own records in the month. Total monthly instructions increased by an impressive 5% since their previous ‘best’ month back in July 2020. Among their outstanding instruction numbers, they achieved record number of Conveyancing instructions; a total of 86.99% were Conveyancing products, of these 66.40% were Sale and Purchase and 33.60% were Remortgage instructions.

Record instruction numbers in a day came at their highest on 17th March, fortunately, that record was beaten 1 week later, 24th March. These days saw an increase of 7% in instructions since the previous ‘best’ day in September 2020.

March 2021 has, so far, proven to be SortRefer’s best month for completions, resulting from the Stamp Duty Holiday, before the extension was determined. Overall business levels increased by 32% when comparing March 2021 to the business received in February 2021.

With their monumental records so far this year, SortRefer are very much soaring in business levels. With thanks to their loyal Mortgage Broker customers, not only have records been beaten but numbers of employment and job opportunities have been generated internally as well as externally.
