Landbay gains ‘World Class to Work For’ accreditation

22 April 2021

Landbay has attained a 3 Star accreditation for 'world class' levels of workplace engagement from Best Companies.

The World Class to Work For accreditation is the highest of four levels and is in recognition of what firms do to make their organisation one of the best places to work.

It shows Landbay cares about its employees – their wellbeing as well as their careers – and that workplace engagement is a vital part its continued success.

Naomi Braisby, human resources director at Landbay, said: “We are thrilled to have been awarded a 3 star accreditation in this year’s best place to work survey.

“This is the first time we have taken part in this survey where all staff are invited to give their honest opinion about working at Landbay. The survey is anonymous, so it is fantastic that staff have given such positive feedback and enjoy working here.”

John Goodall, CEO of Landbay, added: “When we started this business in 2013, we were always focussed on trying to create a work environment that was supportive and promoted high levels of engagement. The workplace culture is extremely important to us – increasingly so during the lockdowns and challenges over the last year.

“This is something that isn’t just a focus for management but runs throughout the firm so every team member plays their part in improving the working environment. I would like to take this opportunity to both thank and congratulate all of the Landbay team for this recognition.”

Founder & CEO of Best Companies Jonathan Austin said: “I would like to congratulate Landbay on their achievement. Best Companies have been producing the accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace.

“Organisations like Landbay have continued to focus on their employees and have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that this is a best company to work for.”
