Foundation Home Loans Acquired by Athene Holding Ltd.

Agreements have signed for Foundation Home Loans to be acquired by an affiliate of Apollo Global Management, Inc., Athene Holding Ltd. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals.
Athene Holding Ltd. (NYSE: ATH) (“Athene”) is an industry-leading financial services company focused on retirement savings solutions, which makes it a natural investor in the mortgage loans originated by Foundation Home Loans. The investment in Foundation Home Loans will be managed by the team at Apollo Global Management, Inc. (NYSE: APO), Athene’s strategic asset management partner.
