OMS signs tech agreement with The Lending Channel

One Mortgage System (OMS), the seamless single-input enquiry to completion processing platform for brokers, has signed an agreement with The Lending Channel to be its primary tech provider.
The integration will allow The Lending Channel to offer extensive product sourcing without the need to rekey any data, plus access to OMS’s all-encompassing end-to-end mortgage system and full workflow solution.
OMS is the only end-to-end mortgage system which covers product areas such as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial plus general insurance and protection. It has already integrated with five market-leading platforms - Iress, Twenty7Tec, Hometrack, iPipeline and Knowledge Bank - to provide users with best in class for product sourcing, AVMs, protection sourcing and criteria searching.
Since 2010, The Lending Channel has helped hundreds of clients secure the right lending solution and has successfully brokered around £160 million worth of lending across both residential and commercial property finance, including: short-term finance, first and second charge mortgage and specialist buy-to-let markets. It is fully authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and an accredited member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB).
