Specialist Hub, the specialist finance broker, has today announced it has been appointed to the packager panel of buy-to-let specialist lender, Fleet Mortgages.

Specialist Hub’s lending portfolio includes commercial and semi-commercial, regulated and unregulated bridging, specialist buy-to-let, invoice and stock finance, and residential first and second secured loans.

The company has over 38 years of experience in the specialist finance market, providing specialist financial products for mortgage advisers, Independent Financial Advisers, and other industry professionals.

As a result of this new agreement, Specialist Hub will now be able to package cases for Fleet Mortgages which offers buy-to-let mortgages across three core ranges – standard, limited company/LLP and HMOs/multi-unit blocks.

Fleet recently announced a relaunch of its entire product range – offering mortgages up to 80% LTV - and has a number of criteria USPs including 125% ICR across all their products regardless of the client’s present and future tax position. It also does not require stress testing, AST’s or bank statements on the background buy-to-let portfolio, and there’s no limit on the number of buy-to-let properties the client needs to own.
