Leeds Building Society goes live on Submissions Brain

12 November 2021

UK, November 12 2021: All intermediaries using Submissions Brain, the latest innovation from mortgage technology expert Mortgage Brain, can request decisions in principle (DIPs) from Leeds Building Society following a successful pilot, making it easier than ever to interact with the lender.

Submissions Brain ‒ which was previously known as Lendex ‒ is a multi-lender application and submission gateway. It provides intermediaries with the ability to carry out multiple DIPs, share documentation and/or submit full mortgage applications with participating lenders, all through a single login.

The benefits of Submissions Brain are clearly apparent to lenders across the market, with a succession of the UK’s biggest names joining the system. The addition of Leeds Building Society means it stands alongside the likes of Accord Mortgages, TSB, Nationwide Building Society, Virgin Money, Coventry Building Society, Hinckley and Rugby and Platform on the Submissions Brain gateway. Further lenders are due to come on board in the months ahead.

Martese Carton, head of intermediary distribution at Leeds Building Society, said:

“We are passionate about supporting brokers and making the application process as straightforward as possible. The success of our Submissions Brain trial has demonstrated that this is a system which provides tangible benefits to advisers, and we are delighted that we can now go live to whole of market.”

Neil Wyatt, sales & marketing director at Mortgage Brain, added:

“Brokers and lenders alike are recognising the tangible difference Submissions Brain can make to the advice process. There is no question Submissions Brain saves brokers time and enables them to place cases quickly and smoothly.”
