Mortgage Broker Tools (MBT) has been named as the Best Affordability Tool Provider by Smart Money People for the fourth consecutive time.

Smart Money People’s latest benchmark research, which surveyed 773 brokers, gave MBT Affordability an overall rating of 86.1%, ranking it as the top affordability tool for the fourth time in a row.

Comments from brokers questioned during the research included:

• “Great to check affordability across all major lenders by keying information once. Saves so much research time.”
• “I absolutely love MBT, it’s not provided by my company but I pay for it myself. It saves me hours of work and gives me so much info on one screen.”
