Paradigm launch semi-exclusive as Vernon Building Society added to lender panel

Paradigm Mortgage Services, the mortgage services proposition, has today (10th March 2022) added Vernon Building Society to its lender panel launching to members with a new semi-exclusive buy-to-let product.
From today, Paradigm member firms will gain access to the entire Vernon product range and will be able to offer landlord clients access to its holiday buy-to-let product priced at 2.84% with a fee of £299.
The Vernon offers a range of mortgage products to borrowers on a case-by-case basis through its experienced Intermediary Sales Team. It is active across a number of sectors offering mortgages to first-time buyers, home movers, remortgagors, retired borrowers, buy-to-let landlords and self-build clients.
It also offers later life lending with no age limitation, student mortgages for those buying while at University, Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor, mortgages for those with complex incomes, first-time landlords and interest-only options.
All cases are manually underwritten with an individual approach to each case. Once registered, advisers are able to use the Vernon’s online affordability calculator, obtain a DIP, and submit a full application via its online broker portal.
Paradigm member firms will have access to the Vernon’s dedicated intermediary helpline and direct contact with its team of Business Development Managers.
